Young musicians play on one of the terraces of the Zwinger palace in Dresden. The Zwinger was destroyed, as most parts of the city, by bombing raids in 1945 but was the first building to be rebuilt in the communist era. Three years after the fall of the Berlin Wall, the buildings were already no longer in a very good shape. September 1992.
